II. Project Overview and Bidding Scope
Shunxin Asset Management Co., Ltd.’s debt assets include 670 debt projects including Seabet Huaye Industrial Company，Select a law firm to provide agency services for collection and due diligence of the above debtors，The method is general agent。The four asset packages are specifically: Ludong area (including Weihai、Yantai、Qingdao、Weifang、Rizhao)150 strokes，Principal Balance 2.7.4 billion yuan；Zhong Seabet area (including Jinan、Zibo、Laiwu、Taian)187 strokes，Principal balance 5.1.6 billion yuan；Southwestern Seabet area (including Linyi、Jining、Zaozhuang、Heze)204 strokes，Principal balance 5.3.5 billion yuan；North Seabet Area (including Liaocheng、Texas、Dongying、Binzhou) 129 transactions，Principal Balance 2.7.8 billion yuan。This project has both investment and success。
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1、A law firm legally registered and established in the People’s Republic of China，Have a law firm practice license issued by the relevant department、Tax Registration Certificate、Organization code certificate (if the three certificates are combined into one, only the business license is required)，and within the validity period。
3.2、Law firm established in accordance with the law，No major violations of the law including administrative penalties or above in the past three years，And the lawyer designated by him has no record of illegal practice in the past three years。
3.3、The law firm has more than 20 lawyers practicing in Jinan，such as a branch or branch，This condition should also be met。
3.4. Bidders must have good financial status.
3.5、The bidder must have a complete quality assurance and service system。
3.6. This project does not accept consortiums to participate in bidding.
3.7. Qualification review method: post-qualification review.
