Project Overview: seabet club Development Investment (Changling) 500,000-kilowatt wind power project is located in Changling County, Songyuan, Jilin Province，Planned to be built in Santuan Township，The project site is a wavy plain，The landform is degraded grassland、Mainly depressions，The terrain of the station area is highly undulating，The average altitude of the wind farm is between 145m and 270m。The wind farm plans to build 125 units 4.0MW wind turbine unit，A new 220/35kV step-up substation is built in the wind farm，The access plan is planned to connect to 500kV Longfeng Station，Finally delivered to seabet club Province for consumption through the Lugu ±800kV ultra-high line。The project is an important part of the "Lugu DC" UHV external wind power project jointly promoted by Jilin Province and seabet club Province。

3. Bidder qualification requirements
1、The bidder must be a corporate legal person or other organization registered in the People's Republic of China
2、Good financial status in the past three years (2017、2018、2019）；
3、The bidder must have at least one completed wind power seabet club preliminary procedure or seabet club supporting document processing performance in the past three years (January 1, 2018 to present)，Contract supporting documents must be provided (subject to the time when the contract was signed)。
4、Credit requirements: Bidder’s commitment to self-examination of social credibility from January 1, 2018 to present (with company seal)；The bidder must provide the "Credit China" website (www of the day when registering.creditchina.gov.cn) Screenshot of the webpage to check whether this unit is a person subject to execution for dishonesty。The tenderer shall impose restrictions on dishonest persons who are restricted from participating in seabet club activities for engineering construction projects in accordance with laws and regulations；
