Project overview: seabet io Green Energy Dingtao 50MW wind power project is located in Rantan Town, Dingtao District、Nanwangdian Town、Within Maji Town and Zhangwan Town，The wind farm site area is about 30km2。The project site range is about 27km from east to west，North and South 8km，There is highway G35 near the venue、Lancao Expressway (under construction) and Provincial Highway S351、S259、S261，There is also a road connecting the village to the outside world，The altitude is between 45m~55m。Planned development capacity 50MW，The construction scale of this project is 50MW，Planned to install 5 MySE3.6-166/140 and 8 MySE4.0-166/140 model wind turbine unit，The project clearance limit is 270 meters above sea level。
Bidding Scope: The contractor shall be responsible for completing the procurement of wind turbine tower foundation prestressed seabet io components (including special tools and equipment) within the bidding scope、Inspection before leaving the factory、Acceptance、Packaging、Keeping、Transportation and Insurance、Delivery。
2.2 The main work includes but is not limited to:
(1) Fully responsible for the procurement of prestressed anchor components (including special tools and equipment) for the wind turbine tower foundation of this seabet io、Inspection before leaving the factory、Acceptance、Packaging、Keeping、Transportation and Insurance、Delivery；
(2) Provide prestressed seabet io bolt design、Manufacturing、Install、Operation inspection and other technical documents；
(3) Contact the first-class domestic special steel manufacturers (such as Xingcheng Special Steel、Daye Special Steel、Shi Gang、Nangang and other products with the same conditions) purchase raw materials，And is fully responsible for the quality of the prestressed seabet io components supplied；
(4) Respond to on-site installation of contract equipment、Provide technical guidance and supervision services for acceptance (construction guidance)；

First set delivery time: December 15, 2021

2、The supply of this seabet io shall comply with the inspection requirements of "04-M0000009468-Technical Specifications for Wind Turbine Set Foundation Anchor Assemblies Version C" (see Appendix 1 for details)，And provide the number of components that meet the needs of third-party inspection。
3、The drawings in Attachment 2 are for bidding only，Not for final production use，Design drawings and calculation sheets for prestressed seabet io bolt components must be submitted when bidding。
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 Qualifications and performance requirements:

(1) The bidder must be an independent legal person or other organization registered in accordance with the law，Valid supporting documents must be provided。
(2) Have a production safety license issued by the administrative department。
(3) The bidder must provide a valid quality management certification system certification certificate。
[2] Financial requirements: Provide financial statements issued by an audit agency or a certified public accounting firm in the past three years (2018 to 2020)；(need to include balance sheet、Cash flow statement、Copy of income statement，Missing any item is considered not provided)，If the 2018-2020 audit report or financial statements cannot be provided，Relevant certificates are required if the company has been established for less than three years，Resulting in the inability to provide the above financial statements，Provide financial statements issued by an audit agency or certified public accounting firm since the company’s establishment；(need to include balance sheet、Cash flow statement、Copy of income statement，Missing any item is considered not provided)。
