According to the "Design of the overall access system for the first batch of 1 million kilowatt projects of Shandong Green Energy Long Power in Shandong Baiyin New Energy Base"，All new energy projects in Jingtai area are considered to be connected to the grid through 110kV to the planned 330kV booster station and then connected to the grid at 330kV level。
The Baiyin Jingtai South 110kV transmission line project invested by Shandong Development includes the construction of four new 110kV lines。One circuit from the newly built Sitan North 110kV booster station to Jingtai South 330kV to 110kV line、Newly built Lucheng 110kV booster station to Jingtai South 330kV to 110kV line once、Two newly built Xiatan 110kV booster station to Jingtai South 330kV to 110kV line。
Shandong Development Jingtai 110kV line access plan is as follows (subject to access approval):
①Sitan North 110kV booster station to Jingtai South 330kV to 110kV line once，New single circuit about 28.8km。Conductor 2×JL3/G1A-240/30 steel core aluminum stranded wire，One lightning protection line uses OPGW-13-90-2 optical cable，The other one uses 1×19-11.5-1270-B type galvanized steel strand (about 3km of JLB20A-80-7 aluminum-clad steel strand is erected in the Jingtai South 330kV transformation line section)。New tower 95 base，Among them: linear tower 68 base，Corner Tower 27 Base。

2.2 Bidding Scope
Shandong Development Investment Baiyin Jingtai South 110kV Transmission Line Project General Contracting (EPC) Project，Mainly including but not limited to:
(1) Equipment and material procurement scope: all equipment and materials required for the operation of this project，Including but not limited to: overhead line tower wires、All software and hardware equipment such as high and low voltage cables (if any)、Firefighting facilities and corresponding technical services。
(2) Survey and design scope: all survey and mapping of this project and all stages of design，Including but not limited to: topographic mapping、Geological Survey、Hydrology、Site selection and change (if necessary)、Survey and Boundary、Construction drawing design (including entrusting a third party to conduct drawing review)、Preparation of as-built drawings；Safety facility design and other special articles、Program preparation；Conduct technical briefing on construction drawings、On-site labor service work。The bidder must design in accordance with the relevant regulations on transmission line construction of Shandong Green Energy Investment Co., Ltd. and meet the requirements。

3. Bidder qualification requirements
