Construction scale: The installed capacity of this phase of the project is 200MW。Installed single machine capacity 5.seabet io turbines of 0MW and above，The number of fans shall not exceed 40 units。

The bidding scope of this section is 100MW seabet io turbine units，Single machine capacity 5.0MW and above seabet io turbines，The number of fans shall not exceed 20 units，Please refer to the contract supply scope for details。
2.4 Others:
Delivery location: The buyer specifies the machine board for delivery.
Delivery period: July 2024 to September 2024。

3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 Bidder qualifications, capabilities and credibility requirements:

(1) The bidder must be an independent legal person or other organization registered in accordance with the law，Valid supporting documents must be provided。
(2) The bidder must have and provide a valid quality management system certification certificate。
[2]Performance requirements:
(1) Have more than 100 (inclusive) onshore seabet io turbines、5.The performance of contract orders for seabet io turbines with capacity levels above 0MW (inclusive) or more than 50 (inclusive) units、5.Performance of 240 (or 250) hours of trial operation of seabet io turbines with capacity levels above 0MW。
(2) As of the bidding deadline, the bidder’s cumulative installed capacity in China is more than 1,000 (inclusive) 10,000 kilowatts (the installed capacity is subject to the data publicly announced by the China seabet io Energy Association)。
The bidder must provide a scanned copy of the performance contract and the corresponding scanned copy of the user certificate that can prove the requirements of this seabet io。The scanned copy of the contract must be clearly legible and contain at least: the seal page of the contract between the buyer and the seller、Contract signing date、Information such as material name, model, quantity and key technical parameters；User certificate is 240 hours trial operation certificate。
