2.Tender Scope: Screening of wind turbine positions involving wind power projects，Photovoltaic project development and construction plan、Technical consultation before approval (recording)、Project scenery resource analysis、Micro site selection、Preparation of land pre-examination and site selection opinion documents、Social Stability Assessment Report、Environmental Impact Assessment Report、Soil and Water Conservation Report、Power Grid Access System Scheme Design and Approval，Processing land use pre-examination and site selection opinions and approval、Social Stability Approval、Environmental Impact Assessment Approval、Government supporting documents such as water conservation approval and project approval (recording) (for specific work content, please see the attached bidding scope work content list)。
3.Progress requirements: ①Within one month after signing the contract，Complete the erection of 1 wind measuring tower。②Before October 31, 2024，Obtained photovoltaic project registration。③Complete all work within the bidding scope before December 31, 2024。

3. Bidder qualification requirements
