(Jingtai) Area C 200,000 kilowatt wind power project is located in Jingtai County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province，The straight-line distance between the wind farm and Jingtai County is about 20km，About 80km from Baiyin City。There is highway G2012 on the north side of the wind farm area，There are highway G1816 Uma Expressway and national highway G338 passing by on the west side，Convenient external transportation。
This wind farm has an installed capacity of 200MW，Planned to install 32 single machines with a capacity of 6.25MW wind turbine set，Plan to connect one 110kV power cable to the new 330kV aggregation station，Cable model is YJLW03-64/110-1×1400mm2，Length about 0.4km，The final review opinions of the access system design report approved by the State Grid and relevant departments shall prevail。

Tender scope: Baiyin Jingtai Development New Energy Co., Ltd. 3.6 project staff:
(1) Project Manager (General Manager): Must have more than 10 years of engineering design experience，And have served as the main person in charge of the design of at least 3 wind power projects of equal or larger scale。
(2) Main designers: must have more than 5 years of engineering design experience，And have participated in the design of at least 2 wind power projects of equal or larger scale。
Need to provide proof that the project manager has paid social security in the unit for more than 6 months (inclusive) since November 2023。
3.7 Consortiums are not accepted in this bidding.
Except as required by the owner, subcontracting is not allowed in this project design.
