The wind farm in this phase of the project plans to install 35 units with a single capacity of 5.56MW and 1 unit 5.4MW wind turbine set。This project is located in Jingtai County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province，The wind farm area is a low hilly terrain，The altitude is between 1800m~2000m。There is G338 National Highway near the wind farm site、G2012 Dingwu Expressway、Wuma Expressway and S201 Provincial Highway pass by，Convenient transportation。
The installed capacity of this project is 200MW，Connected to Baiyin Jingtai Longlu Development New Energy Co., Ltd. (Jingtai) Zone A 400,000 kilowatt wind power project booster station through 35kV collector line，50MW of which is connected to the 35kV side of the main transformer of the wind farm in Area A，The remaining 150MW is connected to a 150MVA seabet iothree-phase three-winding seabet betting platform(the third winding is a balanced winding) power transformer installed in the booster station in Area A of this project。The main transformer is connected to the 110kV busbar of the booster station at one 110kV main transformer incoming line interval，Sent out uniformly from the Zone A wind farm project。

3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1. Bidder qualifications, capabilities and credibility requirements:
