The total installed capacity of this project is 58.750,000 kilowatts，It is planned to be divided into 3 centralized wind power projects (the number of projects is currently to be determined，Subject to actual approval)，Planned to be implemented in phases。

3. Bidder qualification requirements
1.An independent legal person registered in the territory of the People’s Republic of China，With corresponding business scope，Have the right to independently enter into contracts；

b.The bidder should have at least one complete engineering consulting or design performance at 220kV voltage level and above in the past three years (from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding) (including early consulting work performance) (performance includes cover page、Signature page、Scope of work)。
