2.3 Service Period

3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1The bidder is a unit or other organization with independent legal personality registered in the People’s Republic of China，Have a valid business license，Must have project performance capabilities，And in staff、Equipment、Having the ability to undertake bidding projects in terms of funds and other aspects，Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law。
