3. Bidder qualification requirements

5.The bidder has no record of bad behavior in the past three years (July 1, 2021 to present)，Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to execution，The tenderer shall restrict persons subject to dishonesty who are restricted from participating in bidding activities for engineering construction projects in accordance with laws and regulations；
6. This bidding does not accept consortium bids.
