Article 46 Relevant Agencies、Unit and its leading cadres、The staff member has one of the following situations，By its superior authority、Ordered by the unit to make corrections；causing serious consequences，Severely deal with the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel in accordance with regulations, disciplines and laws；Constituting a crime，Pursuing criminal responsibility according to law:

(3) Large-scale collective interviews、Ineffective handling of negative public opinion，causing the situation to expand；

(4) Possible major social impact、Emergency petition matters and petition information concealment、False report、Deferred report，Or failure to take necessary measures in a timely manner in accordance with the law；

(5) Reporting the petitioner、Revealing materials or disclosing relevant information、Forward to the reported、The person or unit that exposed it；

(6) Retaliation against petitioners;

(7) Other violations of laws and regulations.
