2.1 Project Overview: The planned and constructed ±800 kV UHV DC project from Longdong to seabet app and starting from Qingyang, Gansu in the west，Via Shaanxi、Shanxi、Henan，Destined in Tai’an, seabet app，Transmission distance is about 1000 kilometers。The planned development capacity of supporting new energy projects is about 5 million kilowatts。The construction site of this project is located in Gansu Province。
2.2 Bidding Scope: Preparation of Planning and Site Selection Report，seabet app measuring tower、Purchase of photometric equipment、Installation and runtime maintenance，Preparation seabet app resources、Optical Resource Assessment Report。Work content includes but is not limited to the following:

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.2The bidder must have both the comprehensive Grade A qualification for engineering design and the comprehensive Grade A qualification for engineering survey issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development。
3.3 Bidders must have onshore seabet app power or photovoltaic power generation base planning or design performance of 10 million kilowatts or above。
