The bidding scope includes but is not limited to: seabet club feasibility study、Relevant government functional departments before the seabet club starts、Business coordination work of relevant enterprises and institutions and processing of related supporting documents、Technical consulting services, etc.。See the bidding documents for details。
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1The bidder must be an independent legal person registered in the People’s Republic of China，With corresponding business scope，Have the ability to enter into contracts independently；
3.2 also possesses the Class A qualification certificate for electric power design issued by the national competent authority、Engineering Consulting Class A Qualification Certificate (Electricity Major (Including New Energy))；
3.3Passed quality management system certification、Environmental management system certification、Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification，And provide the corresponding valid certificate；
3.4 Bidders are in good financial condition，Have the financial ability to perform the contract；
3.5 Bidders must have experience in feasibility study or preliminary design of new energy projects。The seabet club leader must have the title of senior engineer or above；
3.6has good bank credit and business reputation，Have not been ordered to suspend business or become bankrupt in the past three years，And the assets have not been reorganized、Take over and freeze；
3.7 is not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement in "Credit China"；
