2.4The winning bidder must respond to the local government’s requirements for industrial development and tax policy needs where the seabet my is located。
Supporting industry requirements:

(2) As of the end of 2020, the bidder’s cumulative installed capacity in China is more than 1,000 kilowatts (inclusive) (the installed capacity is subject to the data publicly announced by the China Wind Energy Association)。
The bidder must provide a scanned copy of the performance contract and the corresponding scanned copy of the user certificate that can prove the requirements of this seabet my。The scanned copy of the contract must be clearly legible and contain at least: the seal page of the contract between the buyer and the seller、Contract signing date、Material name, model, quantity, key technical parameters and other information；User certificate is 240 hours trial operation certificate。
