Chapter 1General Provisions

Article 114 Production safety accidents，In addition to requiring the responsible production and business units to bear corresponding compensation and other responsibilities in accordance with the law，Fines shall be imposed by the emergency management department in accordance with the following provisions:

(2) Major accidents，A fine of not less than one million yuan but not more than two million yuan；
